- Safety & Environment Systems: DCA does not build Safety Management or Environmental Management systems but we do know how to ensure they're correctly plugged into your organisation so you get real impact (not just wads of data) from your systems investment
- Carbon Mitigation & Carbon Credits: There are only 2 co-gen plants in operation in Southern Africa today and DCA has worked with both of them. Carbon Credits will soon become a revenue source for early movers but the lead times are long. Where are you on the adoption curve?
- Energy/Power/Resource Efficiency: The best way to go 'green' fast is to squeeze every drop of efficiency from your existing Energy & Resource usage, which also reduces unit costs and maintenance costs. Step 1 is a short DCA Carbon Footprint & Resource Efficiency assessment
- Value Driver Modelling: Traditional financial models start with outputs (e.g. profit) and work backwards. DCA's Value Driver Models (VDMs) emphasis inputs (e.g. downtime) and the impact these have on output results. VDMs are visually logical models, so you don't have to be a CA to interpret one. They're an unbeatable tool for defining and quantifying improvement levers.
- Operational Due-Diligence: If you're contemplating spending millions to acquire a new asset, chances are you're dealing with bankers (some of whom might not be all that familiar with operational reality.) DCA can quickly test key operational assumptions and upside improvement potentials to ensure you know exactly what you're buying and whether the price is indeed right
- Business Health Checks: You do it routinely with your doctor, so why not with your business too? DCA can send a small team to site to perform a quick, non-intrusive Health-Check on any aspect of your operation or its support services. It's a small investment that can pay large dividends.

- Project Management Support: DCA can directly manage the process to ensure all project deliverables arrive on-time, on-budget and with quality change management at roll-out
- Project Portfolio Optimisation: DCA sets up decision frameworks and prioritisation criteria to ensure you maximise your return on capital expenditure and eliminate wasteful projects
- Projects Function Optimisation: Alternatively, DCA can overhaul your entire Projects Function to ensure it interfaces smoothly with the line and delivers projects efficiently
